Suprabha didn't know how to dribble a soccer ball when she first walked through her schools gym doors.

She wasn't looking for a soccer career. She was looking for a safe place to go after school. That's exactly the kind of kid our Soccer Pathway — powered by Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities — is built for.

It starts with Free to Play, our daily after-school program where kids like Suprabha get introduced to sport in a low-pressure, supportive environment. From there, the Jr. Wolves provide structured competitive soccer with a sense of belonging that comes from being part of a real team. And for those who keep showing up, our Wolves Athletic Club, scholarships, and futures they didn't know were possible.

That pathway isn't accidental. It's intentional, it's funded, and it works.

When the Honourable Adam van Koeverden, Secretary of State for Sport, joins us on the pitch, he extends that support right up to government at the highest level. Suprabha says it best: having leaders like him out there reminds kids that the doors are wide open.
