Food to Play
Providing food hampers and easy recipes for Free Play kids and families.
Every week, kids in the Free to Play programs participate in a nutrition literacy session where they learn how to make recipes with their awesome leaders. At the end of the day, we provide them with a food hamper full of the ingredients to make those recipes at home.
On top of weekly nutrition sessions, kids also are provided daily snacks.
All the recipes we have made are down below so that Free Play families can find them again, but also so you can try them too! Check out below recipes for breakfast, lunch and snack time!
