Leading a recent coach training day, Lucas Alves gets to flex his soccer skills helping other coaches become a little more familiar with a sport that may not come naturally.
One technique of forcing a restriction on play for the Coaches, reinforces what we do in programming with kids. Induce frustration in a safe and supportive space that allows the Coaches and kiddos to practice managing that frustration.
Fun on the field training days for all of our coaches in our soccer pathway powered by Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities are great ways to introduce new sports, and grow together as a team.
It takes constant improvement from all of our coaches to provide the best possible spaces for our kids to play, belong, and grow!
