January's Coach of the Month!🏆

We're back with our Coach of the Month award!

Every month, we will recognize the amazing work coaches have been doing. One outstanding coach will be selected to receive a gift card and be celebrated!

The Coach of the Month for January is Mira Dentzien from JAM🥳

"Mira has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, adaptability, and innovation in her role at John A. McDougall, where she successfully manages a full group of 20 students. She is highly responsive to direction and instructions, including completing surveys, staying on top of tasks through Connecteam, and managing registrations efficiently. She builds excellent relationships with students while also maintaining clear and consistent communication with parents, including completing incident reports when required. Mira regularly goes above and beyond to enhance the program experience for the children, such as bringing her own speaker to create an engaging and energetic environment in the gym with kid-friendly music."
