Stephen Lister is currently the President and CEO of Delcon Development Group, a private real estate development corporation located in Edmonton, Alberta. He has held the position since May 2021 and was previously the Executive Vice President. Prior to his role with Delcon, Mr. Lister served as Vice President, Land, for Cancorp Property Group, a private company focused on real estate investment and development, from 2010 to 2019.

Other roles include VP Finance for Greengate Power Corporation from 2008 to 2010, CFO for Acera Developments from 2006 to 2008 and Director of Financial Analysis for Canadian Pacific Railway along with other roles within Canadian Pacific starting in 1997.

Mr. Lister has been a director with several not-for-profit boards, namely Sport Calgary, Trailswest Hockey Association and the Calgary Gymnastics Center and currently acts as an advisor for the Dianne and Irving Kipnes Foundation. Mr. Lister holds a Master degree in Business with a specialization in Financial Management along with undergraduate degrees in Science and Arts.
