Free Play Alum, Sierra, Visits Us!
Sierra was in Free to Play last year and now that she is in Grade 7, she came back to share how Free Play has helped her make the school sports teams. She’s playing on the basketball, soccer, and volleyball teams!! Sierra always demonstrated respect, listened attentively, and always tried to help others. She shows us that teamwork and kindness are super important! Great job, Sierra🌟
In Search of Female Soccer Players!

FRESH JERSEY ALERT
The Wolves Hockey Pack received fresh jerseys to continue their regular season! With playoffs quickly approaching in March, both teams are locking in for the last push of training to be in competition form for divisional playoffs.

Free Play Kids Design the Next Oodle Noodle Box
Oodle Noodle challenged the Free to Play kiddos with a coloring contest where the winner's art will be featured on their noodle boxes next year! We love seeing the kiddos get creative and show off their best work.

A big thanks also goes out to the Oilers Entertainment Group for allowing us to take over Ice Districts' Fan Park! Kids got to test their hockey skills against Oiler's Alumni, Chris Joseph and Ladislav Smid!
Maple Taffy with New Friends
Last week, several families recently arrived in Edmonton and we invited them to join our Welcome to Play program. The first activity we did together was to make Maple Taffy in the snow!
Getting Ready for the Ice!
The Start to Play teams have been developing their ball hockey skills as they await warmer days. This week, kiddos will be heading on the ice for their first Learn to Skate practice!
Second Place for U13 Wolves!
Congratulations to the U13 Wolves hockey team who placed second in their inaugural season in a league! They worked so hard in the Gold Medal game and we are excited to see what’s next to come for Wolves Hockey teams. Go Wolves Go!
