“Leader of the Week” is one of the most visible and celebrated parts of the program, giving sponsors high-frequency, values-based brand exposure both digitally and in the communities we serve. The awards are presented in front of 120 kids, along with staff and community members. Right after, kids go straight home to be celebrated by families, and display their award on walls and fridges, left for years to remember a great accomplishment.
